I began attending births in 2002 as a doula and birth assistant, then moved on to the role of student midwife. I graduated from the Association of Texas Midwives Midwifery Training Program.

I believe pregnancy and birth are natural, God-given functions of a woman's body. Birth is a normal process through which new life enters the world. For a healthy woman, giving birth at home in an environment that she is comfortable with, combined with skilled attendants, can be an optimal choice to ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. 

I serve Manhattan, Ft. Riley, Wamego, Saint Marys, and the surrounding areas.
