The KMA hosts 2 general meetings each year. We have an in person meeting in May - generally on the International Day of the Midwife. Every October, we host a virtual meeting via zoom. The meetings are open to anyone who would like to attend!

Kansas Midwives Alliance General Meeting
May 5, 2023 9:30am - 4:30pm

Agenda:
9:30 to 12:00 KMA Elections, Regional Reports, Door Prizes, Community Connection, Initiative Updates
12-12:30 KMA will provide sandwich fixins for lunch, please bring snacks and/or sides.
1:00-2:00 LBGTQIA+ Inclusive Care by Sus Jones, CPM
2-4:30 NRP with Susan Wilson CPM
All are welcome and encouraged to attend. The NRP class offered as part of the KMA General Membership Meeting is reserved for KMA members only, NRP on the other three days is open to anyone. See additional class times below.
Become a KMA member or renew your membership.
If you will be taking NRP, you must sign up for the day you would like to take it.
Fees: $75 per class (including NRP) or $65 per class for two or more classes (see schedule below) paid to Susan Wilson directly by cash or check at the event.
BEFORE the hands on NRP training with Susan, you must register for and complete the online portion of NRP which has its own fee separate from the hands on fee.

The KMA has partnered to bring Susan Wilson, CPM to Kansas for 4 DAYS of NRP classes and Midwifery education in four different locations!!
