​Hi, I am Kelsie Toon, CPM. Home births are my passion. Since entering the adult world in 2017, I started working as a homebirth assistant to Sheila Toon, CNM-1, and quickly fell in love with the career. Experiencing a homebirth firsthand solidified my dedication to this field. In April 2024, I became a registered CPM.


I provide comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postpartum care, including waterbirth and VBACs. In Kansas, homebirth is recognized as a natural event, not a medical one, which allows me to offer my services. I consider myself a guardian of normalcy, providing as hands-off care as my clients prefer while vigilantly watching for any concerns and ensuring informed consent.


Based in Hays, KS, I am willing to travel within a large radius to make homebirth accessible to anyone seeking midwifery care. It is an honor to be invited into your birthplace.
