Rachel is a homebirth midwife. She believes that pregnancy and birth are normal processes in a woman's life, and she strives for a quiet, hands-off role while always being ready to support through knowledge, encouragement, and trust. This work of midwifery is the natural outgrowth of having her own children, serving families as doula, studying midwifery in an academic program, and apprenticing for years with three other midwives. She serves Manhattan, KS, and the surrounding area.
